Today is Jet's fourth year living with me. I adopted him from a shelter
after my last bunny passed away. Jet is absolutely spoiled and the happiest
rabbit I have ever seen. My own personal experience when you lose a bunny
is to immediately adopt a new one. I know that worked well for me. Sitting
in an empty house even for a few days without the pitter patter of little
paws was driving me crazy.

Cox is "improving" their service by dropping usenet. I will no longer be
able to post but only read usenet groups. Cox's "solution" for their
dropping
usenet is to offer a fee-based third party service. So much for
"improvements."

You can get free access to usenet there.

Yes I am trying that option right now. That is so good if it lasts and
doesn't go away! Thank you. All the other usenet possibilities I have
examined want money money money to access the service.

I'm surprised COX kept usenet for so long.
I use roadrunner(Time Warner) and I believe it has been two years since they
"improved" service by removing usenet.
If eternal September ever goes you can also try
nntp.aioe.org

There is always groups.google.com
however you have to use their web interface.

Don't get me started on how it's becoming so you have to pay for everything
and even then it sucks! I also found textnews.news.cambrium.nl but it seems
I can only read posts there but not actually create any .
